It is important for every Muslim to learn the Quran in order to understand the religion of Islam. It is a good habit to recite Quran on daily basis.
There are a lot of translations available in every language around the world. If someone can’t memorize the whole Quran, they must memorize the last 10 Surahs of the Holy Book.
These surahs are short and easy to understand. Don’t take their length as granted, they are short, by they have a deeper meaning in Islam.
These surahs explain different incidents that happened in our Prophet (PBUH) life, in the pre-Islamic era. In this post, we’ve mentioned the importance of these last 10 surahs of the Quran.
(i) Surah Feel:
The surah explains a brief history of how Allah Almighty save the house of Kaaba from enemies. During that time, a lot of enemies rode towards Kaaba riding on elephants. The surah explains that Allah Almighty protects his holy land. There’s no power on earth that can undo this.
(ii) Surah Quraysh:
Surah Quraysh is a reminder to the Muslim explaining all the Blessings of Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty also mentions how the people of Quraysh can make trading to both the east and west. Whoever recites surah Qurash before dawn, Allah Almighty will benefit his food. Additionally, it rewards us ten times the number of tawaaf.
(iii) Surah Maun:
The surah speaks about the people who were against our Holy Prophet (PBUH). These people were selfless, they didn’t care about the Day of Judgment, they didn’t feed the poor and always kept all their wealth by themselves. Thus Allah Almighty mentioned these people, and warn us to never do such things. These people will face punishment in the life hereafter.
(iv) Surah Kauthar:
The word kauthar means “an abundance of goodness”. The People on Quraysh were reckless and teased our Prophet (SAWW) about the death of His. This surah is a reminder to our Holy Prophet (SAWW) to keep his prayers for the cause of Allah. Allah Almighty also stats at the end, whoever is opposed to the Prophet (SAWW) will be cut off from good.
(v) Surah Kafiroon:
In surah Kafiroon, Allah Almighty tells our beloved Prophet (SAWW) to teach the non-believers about the importance of Islam, and how it is different from other religions. Surah kafiroon also guides us that we should still with Islam, and to never follow the evil path.
(vi) Surah Nasr:
Surah Nasr is a guarantee to our Holly Prophet (PBUH) that victory will come for him. However, the believers of Islam are reminded to remain humble and patient and act according to the deeds of Islam.
(vii) Surah Lahab:
Surah Lahab is about one of the worst enemies of our beloved Holy Prophet (SAWW) Abu Lahab. He along with his wife were against our Prophet. Allah Almighty tells us that both will resident and feel the fire of hell.
(viii) Surah Ikhlass:
Surah Ikhalass is a definition of Who Allah is, and how we can worship him. Surah Ikhlass is the most quoted verses to explain the oneness of our Allah Almighty.
(ix) Surah Falaq:
Surah Falaq is a supplication that is directed to free ourselves from all the evil deeds, and jealousy effects.
(x) Surah Naas:
Surah Naas is a Dua that teaches us to seek refuge in Allah and protect ourselves from the evilness of shaytan.
